This workshop is aimed at senior and project managers in the sector who are working in partnership arrangments as a method of delivery service. This workshop uses a Local Government model of assessment to begin to quantify and measure their partnership arranagements. It will assist to identify specific areas which can be targeted to improve partnership working.
The workshop will assist participants to:
- Identify the key elements of partnership working
- Use a theoretical model to measure our partnership working
- Evaluate the effectiveness of their current partnership arrangements
- Identify partnership components that need to be improved
- Develop strategies to improve partnership working
- Evaluate their own contribution to partnership arrangements
