Joint Forum
The Compact between Government and the Voluntary and Community Sector in Northern Ireland was published in 1998. A Joint Government Voluntary and Community Sector Forum was established to monitor its operation on an annual basis.
Elaine Conway (CiNI) represents the children and young people's voluntary sector on the Joint Forum while Paschal McKeown (CDSA) is the children and young people's voluntary sector alternate.
The Joint Forum meets three times a year, to discuss issues of relevance to the sector and oversees the Partners for Change Strategy, which underpins the Compact.
